For exterior-only cleanings, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to all windows. If your service includes interior window cleaning, we’ll need brief access inside to remove screens and complete the job.

Yes, if your service includes interior window cleaning or screen removal, we’ll need access inside. Our technicians are trained to be respectful of your home, and we’ll be in and out efficiently.

Yes! Our Premium+ and Premium packages include screen cleaning. Track cleaning is included in Premium+. You can also add these services to other packages for an extra sparkle.

To help us work quickly and safely, please remove any fragile items near your windows and ensure we have access to all areas being cleaned. If screens are difficult to remove, don’t worry—we’ll handle it for you!

Light rain won’t affect your window cleaning, but if severe weather makes it unsafe to work, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.
